This is my all time favorite treat. I think they are good for any occasion. It is the easiest recipe and there is NO baking involved (perfect for us Arizonians who don’t like to turn on the oven in the summer!).
I’ve had these a billion times, but never had the recipe to make it myself…until I stumbled upon it here. Thank goodness!! Luci and I made some of these delicious O’Henry Bars today. We have one plate for our neighbors and one plate for the hostess of the 4th of July/birthday party we are going to tomorrow.
I purchased the patriotic plates at the dollar store.
Wrapped it in plastic wrap and dressed it up with ribbon (also purchased at the dollar store). I used some scrap booking paper to make a tag.
Happy 4th of July from our family to yours!
