Muffin Tin Meals

Have you heard of the fantastic blog, Muffin Tin Mom? It’s full of fun ways to get your kiddos to eat at meal time! This blog is right up my alley, as our 3 year old can be a finicky eater. I thought I would try out the concept of doing lunch in a 1/2 dozen muffin tin to see how Luci liked it.

Here is my first muffin tin meal…

Pickle, 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich, cheese stick, vanilla yogurt with sprinkles, carrots and dip, and some gold fish crackers.

Did she like it?

Looks like it….

She ate almost all her lunch and totally enjoyed it! I will definitely be doing this again and I will try to get more creative with it as well.

  1. I have seen these before and keep meaning to do it with my 3 year old! I always forget though! (Probably because I dont own any muffin tins and need to go buy some! Dont judge, baking just isnt my thing! LOL!)

Maybe this weekend I will finally remember to pick some up! I think she would love it!

    Thanks for sharing!

  2. OMG! How genius! I’m an adult and would love to eat out of this. Family joke about how many plates I can juggle so I can make sure none of my holiday foods touch. Or that the perfect china for me will be baby plates. I cannot stand my food touching. I’m not a picky eater, I’m picky and how it’s delivered. This is perfect!

  3. Avery loves hers too!! I need to go pick up those half dozen ones though because the one I use for Avery is the same size but a dozen mini ones… that gets kinda obnoxious after a few times lol.
