I have been blessed with some really amazing friends. I am so grateful for their support and love.
Another great blessing within these great friendships is that Luci benefits by making great friendships with my friends’ children. Gotta ♥ that!
Our friends Dede and Piper {4} had us over (myself and Luci {3} and our friend Kriston and Kendall {3}) for a Pinkalicious Party. Something fun to do with our girls on a hot summer day.
Dede went all out! The place setting were adorable! Complete with goody bags for the girls which included a pink bead necklace, pink chap stick, and a strawberry ring pop! I also gave the girls their Pinkalicious Bracelets that I made.
Notice the pink “table cloth?” Dede found a roll of pink craft paper on clearance for $1 at Michaels! Score! And the “placemat” is actually clear, plastic scrapbook…paper?….with pink flowers.
Dede made the girls a fancy lunch that was girly and pinkalicious! Complete with: strawberry pudding and whipped cream, strawberry applesauce, turkey and motz rolls, dried cherries, grapes, and cucumbers (that were soaked in pink water to tint them…I know…so cute).
We also had Pinkalicious lemonade…you can find the recipe {here}!
The girls also made a Pinkalicious crown! I brought over yellow foam crowns and lots of pink buttons, stickers, glitter, rhinestones, and pompoms to decorate them with.
Recognize the yellow crown from the cover of the Pinkalicious book?
Pinkalicious Masterpieces!
The girls were also able to decorate their very own Pinkalicious cupcake!
They had a ton of fun doing this.
Dede even made homemade frosting that was SO YUMMY and these adorable flower cupcakes.
They may or may not have enjoyed eating their cupcakes more than decorating them…
Of course I had to decorate a Pinkalicious cupcake too!
The girls also enjoyed playing Barbies together and dancing with the Dnace Central game for the Xbox!
♥
Such a fun girls day!
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you are having a great weekend!
What an adorable and creative party! I especially love the way the girls decorated the cupcakes!
I love Pinkalicious…we almost had a pinkalicious part…we almost had a tangled party too. This is so cute. What a great time…love the crowns!
You should be super proud of yourself! This was really creative! I like how it’s not overdone either. the little girls shine!
