Any of you have a similar goal?
Growing up I ate whatever whenever and created really bad eating habits. I never had to worry about gaining weight, because I was a dancer. I danced 5 days a week for multiple hours a day.
At 20 years old (8 years ago…wow how time flies), I quit dancing due to some medical issues, but continued with my poor eating habits. Let’s just say…it caught up to me.
At 22 years old I made a HUGE change in my eating habits and lost a bunch of weight (almost 40 lbs) thanks to Weight Watchers. The greatest part about WW was that I didn’t feel like I was on a diet. I monitored my portions and made healthy eating choices.
Then I got pregnant with my daughter…and gained 60 lbs. Granted she was an almost 10 pound baby and a lot of it was water weight from being on my feet all day teaching…but 60 lbs is 60 lbs regardless. Luckily I lost half of the weight in the first 2 weeks of having her.
Now my daughter is almost 4 years old and I am STILL working on getting back into shape and maintaining those healthy eating habits. My goal is to lose 10 lbs, to maintain that weight, and to tone up my body.
So I decided to start this…and I am actually sticking to it!
And I drink one of these everyday…
