Hi there friends!
Are you ready to see a little bit more of my daughter’s bedroom makeover?
Today I am going to share the wall decor with you. Most of it was handmade or upcycled in some way.
As I mentioned in part 1 of this bedroom reveal, I’ve been collecting and creating pieces for this makeover for over 2 years and almost 90% of the room is DIY.
In part 1 of the bedroom reveal, I shared the window wall with you…
If you missed this details on this part of the room, you can check it out HERE.
Hanging near the window on the left is this Scrappy Butterfly Mobile I made…
and you can find the how to HERE.
On the opposite side of the room, we put up shelving to display photos and decor.
Let’s take a closer look…
The shelves were spray painted along with the pink watering can and large pink frame. The Mrs. Potts tea set was given to me for my 8th birthday from my aunt…and I passed them on to Luci.
Here’s the wall next to my daughter’s closet…
I LOVE this arrangement.
You can find the tutorial on how I made the birdhouse hanging picture frames (on the left) HERE.
The chalkboard butterfly came from Target’s dollar spot and I spray painted to frames and “L” in ballet pink.
You can find the Daughter of a Heavenly Father print I designed HERE (there’s a boy version too).
And you can find the Royal Spirit Daughters print HERE.
Love this simple painted canvas…I just used tape, spray paint, Mod Podge, and glitter.
The 3D butterflies are from Target.
And if you notice on the right of this photo, there’s a sneak peek of my daughter’s loft bed my husband built.
That’s all for now!
How do you like the decor?
It has that girly, shabby-chic appeal I love so much.
Next I will be sharing the nitty-gritty on the vintage dresser makeover and the loft bed.
