Hey there and welcome to Teach Me Tuesday where I share all things kiddo-friendly. Games, crafts, educational activities, and more!
Have you taken the kids to see Disney’s Frozen yet? We have already seen it twice (we LOVE it) and my daughter is always singing the songs from the movie and reenacting different scenes. We both fell in love with the snowman character, Olaf, and since we don’t have snow where we live, I improvised and came up with a different plan. Check out this Do you Want to Build a Snowman Game…
Back when I taught first grade, I had a winter center that was very similar to this and my students loved it. So I decided to recreated it for my daughter and she loves it. And of course I want to share it with Mine for the Making readers so that you can play with your kiddos too!
Roll the dice and draw the corresponding snowman part with the dry erase marker. Once the snowman is complete, you can erase it and play again!
Although this snowman may not be as exciting at a real snowman (or a singing snowman from a DIsney movie), it’s still super cute and super fun! I’m positive your kids will love it too.
