It’s summertime!! We are loving the sunshine, swimming, splash pad playing, and sprinkler dancing! Summertime is just plain fun. I hope you are enjoying your summer so far too!
I needed something fun and summery for my front door that would match my Bandana Pillows. Here’s the Happy Summer Wreath I put together one night after a busy summer’s day.
It’s so happy! I smile every time I see it. The colors, the vintage sheet and felt flowers, the pin wheel, the chalkboard frame, the polka dots, and the pom poms…they all make me happy!
All the materials used to make this wreath I had on hand, which is always awesome. I wrapped a wreath form in yarn and then I used felt and vintage floral sheets to make flowers. I used a piece of felt and a polka dot button to make a pin wheel. The frame, felt bird, and pom pom garland came from Michael’s several month back. Everything is attached with hot glue, so it was very easy to put together.
See how cute it looks with the Bandana Pillows? Don’t mind the mismatched door knob and lock…it’s on the to-do list.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Have a happy weekend!
Very pretty. Looks great with your pillows.
Thank you Donna!
