Hi guys! Its Ali back from Dream Crafter to share with you a fun little craft you can do in an afternoon! I love crafts like these because they spruce up your space for the holidays and they don’t take a whole week to complete. (I obviously have no patience for stuff like that.)
Today I am going to show you how to make this bad boy for St. Patricks Day- Lucky Wooden Decor!
First you are going to need to get some wood letters, or use your saw to cut your own. I got my letters at a local scrapbooking store but I find the best place to find wood letters is at The Wood Connection.
Next you need to sand all your letters down so there aren’t any rough edges.
I usually paint my wood projects by hand but this time I had a little gold spray paint left and went with the faster option. :)
Paint your letters gold!
Next I took some wood glue and attached some pennies to my letter “u” and some green sequin ribbon and attached it to my letter “k.”
Let it all dry and viola! You have some fancy decor for St. Patricks day!
