It’s the last week of school and homeschool in our house! We are so excited for summer break, aren’t you? During summer, one of my favorite meals to make is a snack board. Essentially it’s a board or platter filled with finger foods you love. Anything from fruits and veggies, meats and cheeses, crackers and breads, hummus and dips, and nuts. They are so easy to throw together and we all just love them. I gathered up some yummy snack board ideas for summer so that you can make them this summer too!
Snack boards are so great for pool days and movie nights! They are perfect for lunch and dinner and they are versatile so you can switch up what you put on your boards each time. Some of our favorite things to include on our snack boards are almonds, hummus, gluten free pretzels, a few variety of cheese, salami, pepperoni, carrot sticks, celery, sliced peppers, cucumbers, melon, and berries. You can totally customize your snack boards to your family’s preferences, which is so great especially for our picky eaters.
