NEW Shop Products {squeal}

I know I know.
I said I would have everything photographed, edited, listed in the shop and a preview for all of you, my lovely readers, by Tuesday of this week.
FAIL.
Let me be the first to tell you that my to-do lists are almost always unreasonably written. As in, there are far too many tasks for one person for one day to complete. But whatev. That’s how I roll.
Forgive me?
Can we still be friends?
Oh good.
Now…are you ready to see some of the new items I have finished listing in my shop? I couldn’t be more thrilled with these new products.
Introducing the Bowtiful line and the new Fabric Rose Necklaces!
I am already in the process of sewing more of the necklaces and I have some FABULOUS new rings that will be listed very soon as well.
What do you think?!
I had a bunch more of the necklaces but sold them during a fun Instagram sale.
Hop on over to my SHOP to see more!
Use coupon code FREESHIPPING on your next purchase…because I the heck out of you!
And be on the look out because momma is busy making even more lovelies for the shop!

Neon Little Miss Maxi Dress

Melissa at Melly Sews has a great series this month called 30 Days of Summer Dresses.
I was thrilled when Melissa invited me to be apart of this series! I love a good challenge and a little extra motivation…crafting with a purpose, if you will.
When dreaming of the sundress I was going to create, I decided to think about this summer’s trends for my inspiration. So in case you missed it at Melly Sews, here’s what I came up with…
My daughter is my biggest inspiration, so I made the sundress for her.
The neon colors in this fabric are not only a fashion trend but they just scream SUMMER, don’t you think?
I used a white t-shirt for the top of the dress and added on the fun fabric to maxi-fy it : )
After making the maxi, it was missing something. So I added the bloom ribbon belt.
Perfect.
My sewing skills are beginner-intermediate status. I’m by no means a pro. But I looooooove to sew, so I keep practicing. Thanks to Melissa of Melly Sews, I was able to create my first ever maxi dress.
And lucky for me, this girl loves her new dress and is proud to show it off. She must be used to being photographed…she came up with all these poses on her own. Little ham.
I hope you like the Neon Little Miss Maxi!
Be sure to check out all of the amazing dresses over at Melly Sews!
I hope you all are having a great weekend celebrating your dads, hubbies, grandpas, etc!
We made these fun pinspired cards for my husband and his father…
Aren’t they fun?!
Have a great weekend, friends!
I’m also sponsoring a GIVEAWAY for a credit to my shop over at FemmePetal

Monogram Hair Clippy Organizer

Quite a heafty title for such an adorable and simple project.
But the title says it all really.
I was lucky enough to receive a package from Plaid and in it contained beautiful Martha Stewart paints and a Martha Stewart Spray Paint Kit. I was so excited to bust out those pretty paints and try out the spray paint kit!

The directions on the kit were very easy to understand and I followed them exactly. The kit worked perfectly and the clean up was quick and easy too!
Here’s the first project I used the spray paint kit for…
a Monogram Hair Clippy Organizer for a friend’s baby shower gift.
I chose grey and purple to match the baby’s nursery colors and I made several hair clippies to get baby Griffin’s collection started.
I LOVE to spray paint things… and this spray paint kit makes it so easy to quickly paint something using the pretty Martha Stewart paints that I have a huge small obsession with.
Thanks so much to Plaid for the fun kit and paints to play with!
Check them out here…

Plaid supplied me with the mentioned materials to craft with and review.
No monetary compensation was provided. All opinions are my own.
